Capabilities
Robotic extrusion of HDPE and PP at large scale, with integrated post-milling — all in a single setup.
Robotic large-scale 3D printing
An industrial robot arm with a granulate extruder builds parts layer by layer up to 4 × 4 × 8 metres. No bed-size limits, no welded seams in the final piece.
Build envelope
4 × 4 × 8 m
Process
FGF (Fused Granulate Fabrication)
Materials
HDPE, PP, food-grade HDPE
MILL
Subtractive post-milling
The same robot switches to a milling head and finishes the printed part for clean surfaces, sharp edges, and mating faces to tolerance. No round-trip to a separate CNC machine.
Tolerance
to ±0.2 mm
Use
Mating faces, mounting points, decorative finish
ROLLERS & SHAFTS
Plastic rollers & shafts
Cladding steel shafts in HDPE, PP or food-grade blue HDPE — or printing a complete plastic shaft. Used for conveyor rollers, dough rollers in food, guide and tension rollers, and renewing worn cladding on existing rollers.
Diameter
up to Ø600 mm
Length
up to 3000 mm, larger on request
