Materials
We specialise in HDPE and PP — two polyolefins that are notoriously hard to print at scale. We do it daily, and we make our own recyclate in-house.
// High-density polyethylene
HDPE
Strong, impact-resistant, chemical-resistant and weatherproof. UV-stable with the right compound. Fully recyclable. For industrial applications, marine, storage tanks, facade elements.
- — Impact-tough to −40°C
- — Chemical-resistant
- — 100% recyclable
// Polypropylene
PP
Lighter than HDPE, higher melting point, excellent fatigue resistance. Suited for living-hinge applications, automotive trim, lab equipment.
- — High melting point (160°C)
- — Fatigue-resistant
- — Easily welded
// Food-contact polyethylene
Food-grade HDPE
HDPE with EU certification for food contact. For production environments, food processing, dispenser parts, cookware components.
- — EU 10/2011 compliant
- — Odour and taste neutral
- — Hygienically washable
// Factory-fresh recyclate
We use industrial offcuts directly from the production line of our parent company, Kuypers Kunststoftechniek. No post-consumer mixed streams, no unknown contamination — single-stream, traceable, and in quality equivalent to virgin material. By default we run a blend; 100% recyclate is available on request.
